Welcome to
SCI Home Care

Our Mission

We are dedicated to provide all the care needed to enable anyone to enjoy the comforts and security of home as long as their heart desires.

We take it as a great privilege when we are given the opportunity to provide needed home care for you and your loved one.

Sharing similar interests of your loved one and understand their physical and emotional needs.

We develop a custom care plan and provide caregivers based on their compassion, individual skills and strength & interest.

When your loved one receives the kind of social stimulation and support they need to remain happy, they are more likely to remain physically and mentally healthy and capable of doing things for themselves.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We establish relationships with the patient and/or resident so that they can better meet their needs with reassurance that everything will be alright.

Hourly Home Care

Is a service that a caregiver provides personal care services listed below in an hourly basis.

Hospice care, extreme paranoia, verbally abusive, later stage of dementia or Alzheimer’s and other physically burdensome cases will only be considered as hourly care.

This is to prevent too much strain physically and emotionally to the client and to the caregiver as well.

Live-in Home Care

– is a service that a caregiver stays with a person or client 24 hours a day. The Live-in caregiver provides personal care services listed below.

These are basic assistance of activities of daily living to help people maintain or regain their independence and at the same time enjoy the comforts of their home.

These services are provided all throughout the day, but the caregiver must be able to have at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night to qualify for this service.

Companion Care

SCi Companions actively listen and understand the concerns of the patient and/or resident and approach each them as individual. Seeking to meet their needs. Helping to be productive and partially independent.

Morning Care

As our loved ones age, it’s natural to worry about their safety. One way to help ease these concerns is to hire a professional in-home caregiver.

In a morning, a caregiver can help with many tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating breakfast. They can also help with taking medications and checking the home for any potential hazards.

Most importantly, a caregiver can provide peace of mind knowing that your loved one is being cared for by a professional.

This can help you relax and enjoy your time together, knowing that their safety is being taken care of.

Monthly Visits

The Senior Home Care Monthly Assessment allows us to keep track of how your senior loved one is doing on a month-to-month basis.

This assessment is important because it allows us to see if there are any changes in the seniors’ health or well-being that we need to be aware of.

Additionally, the assessment helps us to identify any potential areas of concern so that we can address them in a timely manner.

Dementia Care

As your parents age, it’s important to keep an eye on their cognitive health.

One of the most heartbreaking things that can happen is watching a parent’s mind deteriorate due to dementia.

If you think your parent might be showing early signs of dementia, it’s important to get them evaluated by a doctor.

There are many different types of dementia, and each one has its own set of symptoms and progression.
